LSR switching membrane

This combined LSR seal and membrane switches is used in gas control units. This part demonstrates the features and possibilities of LSR's high flowstream-wallthickness ratio.

The part is injected from a single injection inlet point, from which the wall thickness decreases to 0.15 mm over a distance of 50 mm. After injection moulding, the membrane is coated with molybdenum disulphide to improve its surface properties.
